What is the meaning of ISADORA?

Isadora is a girl’s name of Greek and Latin origin, meaning “gift of Isis.”

Isis was also the principal goddess of ancient Egypt — the goddess of the moon, fertility, magic, and healing.

She is exalted in her role as mother and wife and is known as the essence of femininity.

Isis also means “woman of the throne.”

Yes, all our International shipments are fully insured and can be tracked using DHL Express Services.

How long does it take to make a custom ring?

Typically between 7–14 days, depending upon the design. Urgent orders can be fast-tracked.

Can I visit your office for a consultation?

Yes – contact us or book an appointment through the website, and we’ll confirm your visit.

What happens after I make and submit my order request?

Our team will contact you after your order is placed for updates. You can also email Sales@isadorajewellery.com.

When the ring is finished, we’ll send you images and videos before collection or shipping.

Sales taxes and duties vary by destination. If not added at checkout, DHL will collect them before delivery.

Do I need to pay the full amount for custom orders?

No – we require a 50% deposit to start your order. The balance can be paid upon delivery.

COLLECTION & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Do you track the shipments?

Yes, all shipments are tracked via DHL Express. For orders above AED 50,000, we may use other couriers.

Is shipping included in the pricing?

Local delivery is free. International orders above AED 3,000 ship free.

Where does Isadora Jewellery ship to?

We ship internationally via DHL Express (Fully Tracked & Insured). Some restrictions may apply.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Can I cancel an order?

If you qualify for a cancellation or refund, email Sales@isadorajewellery.com.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 working days after cancellation.

Do your products come with a lifetime warranty?

We guarantee our pieces are free from manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, we’ll repair or replace it as appropriate.

Damage from wear, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Do your rings come with complimentary services?

Yes. Contact your sales consultant or email sales@isadorajewellery.com for service or return requests.

How does the 30-day refund work?

You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must include all documentation such as GIA certificates.

How can I be confident the diamond I’m buying looks amazing?

Every diamond we select is inspected for sparkle and clarity. If it doesn’t meet our standards, we reject it and offer a full refund or replacement.

Where do your diamonds come from and are they conflict free?

All our diamonds are 100% conflict-free, sourced through De Beers and Alrosa sightholders from Russia, South Africa, Botswana, and Angola.

Why does Isadora Jewellery only sell GIA certified diamonds?

GIA sets the world’s strictest grading standards. We only sell GIA-certified natural diamonds to ensure consistent quality.

JEWELLERY INFORMATION – MAINTENANCE – RESIZING

Can I personalize my ring with an engraving?

Yes – please discuss engraving options with your sales consultant or email sales@isadorajewellery.co.

Do I need to maintain my jewellery?

Yes! Regular maintenance is required. White gold should be recoated with rhodium every 12–36 months, depending on wear.

How should I clean my jewellery?

Clean your jewelry weekly with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse and dry with a hair dryer. Avoid bleach or detergents.

If the ring is the wrong size, can you resize it?

Yes, resizing is available. We offer 18k White, Yellow & Rose Gold, and Platinum jewelry.
